The Jacksonville Parks and Recreation along with other community organizations will host the 4th Annual FestiVille on September 30 & October 1 at Dupree Park.

FestiVille is Jacksonville’s largest and most anticipated annual event. This weekend-long, community event centers around local food, live performances on two stages, fishing and athletic competitions, a car show, and even more. FestiVille gets bigger and better every year and draws visitors and residents from across the area.
FestiVille has K9 police demonstrations, a carnival, rock climbing, a petting zoo, pony rides and adoptable dogs and cats from the local animal shelter. In recent years, organizers have also added a barbecue contest, a 5K, volleyball competition, big name bands and even a visit from a helicopter.
Best of all, admission is free. Fun is guaranteed.
