FestiVille has Something for Everyone

As we head into autumn, the air will turn cooler and many families will venture outside to enjoy the wonderful fall festivals across Arkansas.

Every fall, thousands of visitors attend FestiVille, Jacksonville’s largest and most anticipated annual event. This year, the Jacksonville Parks and Recreation department, along with other community organizations, will host the sixth annual FestiVille Sept. 28-29 at Dupree Park. The two-day city festival is free to the public and features activities for the whole family.

Splash Dash 5K

Get ready to get soaked as you run your way through the wettest race of the year! Jacksonville's Splash Dash 5K takes place on Saturday, September 29 as part of the FestiVille activities.

Big Bang on the Range 4th of July Celebration

Jacksonville’s premiere July 4th fireworks event is back for 2018! Join your friends and neighbors for a family-friendly fireworks extravaganza at the Jacksonville Shooting Sports Complex. Admission and parking are free and gates open at 6:00.

Summer Soaring Concert coming to Jacksonville

Join us on Saturday, August 18 for a new and exciting musical concert featuring Farewell Angelina, an all-female country group described by Rolling Stone magazine as, “Wickedly smart songwriting delivered with a healthy dash of sass…deft playing…into one sonic knockout punch”; Arkansas’ own star of The Voice, Barrett Baber; and singer/songwriter T.J. Ashley.
